Mark as Useful They called my job about a loan a few months back I cursed them out and today I got another call from another foreign person talking about I need to contact them as soon as possible or it will turn out to be bad for me! My solution to that is I will sue the hell out of them for harrassment because if I do owe any loans out there I definatly put it in my bankruptcy! So therefore they need to loose my number! Because I will find them. out for who they really are!

Mark as Useful This is one Sallie Mae's auto-dialer numbers re: student loan payment. The auto-dialer will call student borrower and/or co-borrower 2 -3 time/day.

Mark as Useful I recently reported them to the FTC and my State's Attorney's Office, Fraud division. This company outright refuses to send anything in writing and are violating the Fair Debt Collections act. Hopefully they will be shut down soon
